Gowrie NSW Discovery House is a quality, not-for-profit childcare centre in Phillip, Canberra. We cater for children 6 weeks to 6 years and draw on our organisation's rich history of educating and caring for children since 1940.

Every child brings with them unique strengths, capabilities, culture, interests, knowledge, ideas and experiences. In the first three years of life we endeavour to ensure all children have a primary caregiver which closely nurtures each child throughout these critical years. Our emphasis and commitment to working towards key educator relationships promotes continuity, consistency and nurturing relationships between educators and children both individually and in small groups
