Erskineville OSHC offers children a place where they feel safe, respected and supported beyond the school day. Our educators create a welcoming environment that values every child’s voice and rights, encouraging them to make choices and explore their interests. Whether it’s active play outdoors, creative arts, group games or quiet time to relax, children are given space to learn, connect and belong.
Experiences that grow confidence and friendships
Each session is thoughtfully planned to support children’s wellbeing, independence and social skills. With consistent, caring educators and a focus on inclusion, children build friendships and develop confidence through play and shared experiences. Families can feel reassured knowing their child is part of a program that celebrates individuality while nurturing respect, care and curiosity in every activity.
Meet Our Program Manager
Hi, I’m Joel, and I’ve been working as a Manager within the OSHC Sector for more than 10 years. During my time, I’ve worked in various communities, across QLD, VIC and most recently, in Sydney NSW.
I believe all programs should build upon the unique potential of children, through play-based learning, risk-dynamic considerations, and a driven educator-team. I’m passionate about the delivery of quality services that are developed to support children as individuals, and creating a service culture that establishes an appetite for change, quality improvement and a ‘give it a go’ attitude.

“I love that Erskineville OSHC offers quiet, sensory zones where children can unwind. My son often retreats there after energetic outdoor play. He tells me how much it helps him feel safe and centred. It’s so reassuring to know these spaces are there whenever kids need them - children’s rights to comfort and peace aren’t just talked about, they’re respected.
