Meet our Program Manager

Natascha Hicks

Hi, I'm Natascha. I have over 10 years of experience working in the field of children’s services and regard it as an extremely rewarding career. Currently I am the Program manager for Bathurst West OSHC. Previous to this role I spent 8 years working directly within the Early Childhood sector. My biggest advocacies for children are inclusion, access to safe care and education and building strong confident identities through the implementation of rich learning experiences.
