We are proud to announce we are the new OSHC providers at Barramurra Public School and officially opened  the doors to children attending Before School Care on Tuesday 14th October!  We are looking forward to building strong partnerships with the Barramurra families and school communities now that Barramurra OSHC is officially part of the Gowrie NSW family.

A dedicated project team worked on the transition from the previous provider, and the Gowrie NSW Barramurra OHSC team is a strong mix of experienced, new and existing educators.

Child Safe Organisation

Gowrie NSW is proud to be a child safe organisation. We have rigorous recruitment processes, screening and monitoring, mandatory and ongoing child protection training. We have a robust and transparent incident and investigation framework, and a commitment to continuous reporting. Our teams follow a 'See Something Say Something'  approach, with a Child Safe Committee for ready review. 100% of our services meet or exceed the NQF.

Every Child's Right

Here at Gowrie, we believe every child has the right to be heard, respected and included. Our programs actively promote children’s rights by listening closely to their voices and valuing their ideas, interests and perspectives. We see children as capable citizens, and their agency shapes the rhythm of each program…what they explore, how they play and the choices they make. This strong sense of belonging and empowerment sit at the heart of our vision and ensures that every child feels confident, valued and supported to grow.
