What a Day Looks Like for Preschoolers
A day of discovery, connection and confidence
Our preschool day is built on strong relationships, predictable routines and play-rich learning that help children feel safe, curious and capable. Each child is supported by a primary educator who follows their interests, extends learning and guides transitions. We combine uninterrupted exploration, small-group teaching and everyday routines to build the skills children need for school readiness.

Morning begins with a calm welcome and warm handover from your child’s primary educator. Children join small-group investigations and outdoor play that spark curiosity and social connection. -
Mid-morning focuses on sustained exploration and intentional teaching, with projects, stories and sensory experiences that build language, problem solving and confidence. -
After lunch and rest, children move into choice-based experiences and targeted small-group activities that reinforce early literacy and numeracy. The day ends with a short reflection and calm goodbye routine so children leave feeling secure and ready for the next day.
Play as a vehicle for learning
Play is the vehicle through which children explore, problem-solve, and make sense of the world around them.
We carefully scaffold and construct play experiences to ensure they foster growth in essential areas such as maths, language, and creativity. Through these playful interactions, children’s ideas come to life and their ability to learn is unlocked.
