Ujwal joined the Gowrie NSW Board in May 2023. He is an Associate Director at MBM, a management advisory practice specialising in cost consultancy, quantity surveying and asset management advisory in the property sector. He has 12 years’ post-graduate experience and qualifications in engineering and asset management. He provides strategic asset planning and management consulting services specifically related to property, facilities and infrastructure across government, arts and culture, education (early learning, schools and tertiary), social and affordable housing, utilities, airports, defence, health and aged care, and heavy industries.
Ujwal has a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) and Bachelor of Finance degrees from the University of Adelaide. He is also a Certified Senior Practitioner in Asset Management – from the Asset Management Council. Ujwal has received his MIEAust CPEng (Asset Management and Leadership and Management) NER and APEC Engineer Register and the Register of International Professional Engineers and holds a Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) designation with CoreNet Global.
Ujwal is a member of the Audit, Finance and Risk Committee and the Business Opportunities and Investment Committee.
