Let's Talk Pedagogy is the new podcast from the Gowrie NSW Education Hub, made for teachers and educators across early and middle childhood.

This is a space where we dive deep into the heart of early childhood pedagogy and practice, its history, meaning, purpose and importance, discussing what truly maters for children. 

We want to connect, we want to create a platform where ideas, research and real-world experiences come together. This is about sharing knowledge, sparking conversations and inspiring action across the early childhood sector.

Each episode brings together ideas, research, and real experiences from educators and leaders across our organisation and the wider sector. These conversations are about connection, reflection, and strengthening practice in meaningful ways. 

We explore what practice and pedagogy looks like for infants, toddlers, preschoolers and school-aged children, across long day care and outside school hours care (OSHC).

Recent episodes have delved deeply into democratic approaches to mealtimes, distributed leadership in OSHC, transforming infant room practice and truth-telling in everyday work with children.
