Jenny joined the Gowrie NSW Board in April 2025 and is a member of the People & Culture Committee.
Jenny is a commercial, collaborative, and results-oriented executive leader with over 20 years’ experience driving organisational performance, cultural transformation, and workforce capability across not-for-profit, health, legal, finance, and consulting sectors.
As Principal of JSL Advisory, Jenny partners with boards, CEOs, and leadership teams to deliver Executive Coaching and tailored solutions in organisational design, HR operating models, leadership development and change management. Her consulting work builds on a successful executive career, including 12 years as Global Director of People at The Fred Hollows Foundation, where she led award-winning cultural transformation, enabled global growth from 12 to 22 countries, and advanced workforce diversity and inclusion.
Jenny is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, holds a Master of Business Administration (Executive) from the Australian Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Human Resources Management from the University of New South Wales. She also holds multiple professional certifications in leadership, organisational design, and psychometric assessment.
