The Power of Mindset: Strengthen your Practice in OSHC

This engaging and interactive session invites OSHC educators and leaders to pause, reflect, and explore how mindset impacts every interaction, decision, and opportunity to grow. Grounded in research and supported by relatable tools, the workshop lays the foundation for building confidence, inclusivity, and adaptability in high-pressure education environments. Through guided self-reflection and practical insights, participants will reconnect with their purpose and strengthen their emotional resilience.

Together, we’ll explore fixed vs. growth mindsets, uncover how beliefs shape behaviours, and tap into the brain’s ability to grow and change (neuroplasticity). The session includes tools such as a mindset quiz, emotional intelligence activities, and reframing techniques to enhance well-being, reduce stress, and uplift team culture. Participants will walk away with daily habits and shared language to build resilient, reflective, and empowered OSHC teams—ready to support every child, every day.
