Alex is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with over 10 years of experience specialising in children’s nutrition. As a mum of two, she understands the real-life challenges that come with feeding kids - from fussy eating to finding quick, nutritious options that children actually enjoy.

Alex is SOS-qualified and has a background in both public and private hospitals across Sydney, where she supported families to build healthy habits that last. Today, she works closely with early learning and out of school hours care services to help create positive food environments for children.

Her practical, evidence-based approach empowers educators to make confident food choices, promote healthy eating in fun and achievable ways, and feel inspired about the important role they play in shaping lifelong eating habits.
