Curriculum Planning for Toddlers: 18 months to 3 years

This workshop is all about supporting educators to plan intentionally for toddlers as they grow into their independence, curiosity, and confidence. We'll dive into how to observe toddlers meaningfully—what to notice, why it matters, and how those observations can shape responsive, thoughtful planning.

The session will explore what and how to plan for this dynamic stage, with a focus on recognising toddlers' emerging identities, growing agency, and the different ways they share their voice and perspective. We'll also look at how we can create rich, engaging environments that support connection, exploration and discovery.
