To enrol:

  • Visit the OSHC program during operation hours of 7-9am or 3-6pm and collect a waiting list form or download a copy of the waiting list application form from the Gowrie NSW website
  • Return the completed waiting list form to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
  • The Coordinator will contact you when a place becomes available
  • An enrolment pack will be provided with information on the program, policies and procedures and an enrolment form for completion.
  • On returning the enrolment form an orientation visit will be arranged.
