Resources Return Policy
Thank you for purchasing our Gowrie NSW resource. We pride ourselves on providing quality products, however in the unlikely event that the product is faulty, we will happily replace the product free of charge or provide a full refund of the product price. Events/Workshops Terms and Conditions
Thank you for booking into a Gowrie NSW Education Hub workshop. Payment for calendared professional learning events is required in advance of the event.
If you wish to change or cancel a registration for an event the following policy and procedures apply.
Substitutions – Requests to substitute another person for the original registrant may occur up to one day prior to the event when notified in writing, $0 fee applies.
Transfers – Requests to transfer registration to another professional learning event can be made in writing at least 10 business days before the commencement date of the original event. This is subject to availability and payment of any additional fees and will attract a transfer cost of $25.00.
Cancellation – Customers must notify Gowrie NSW in writing if they wish to cancel a registration for a calendared professional learning event. Cancellations are accepted up to 10 business days prior to the event and incur a 50% cancellation fee. If a customer cancels for any reason with less than 10 business days prior to the commencement of the event, there will be no refund.
Payment is still required for an unpaid registration if a customer fails to notify Gowrie NSW of the cancellation.
If a customer fails to attend a scheduled event, the fee is not refundable or transferable.
In the occurrence that Gowrie NSW must cancel a calendared professional learning event, all registrants are entitled to a full refund of fees paid or they may request transfer to another event without incurring any transfer fees.
Tutorials on Demand Terms and Conditions
We are extremely excited about the release of our digital Tutorials on Demand; thank you for purchasing and supporting us with this new offering. If you are unable to view or stream a digital tutorial please contact our Gowrie NSW Education Hub team on 02 8571 9772 or email@example.com for assistance. If the Gowrie NSW Education Hub team deem the digital tutorial faulty then a full refund will be provided to the customer.

Gowrie NSW endeavours to protect and preserve the accuracy, privacy and security of your personal information in accordance with the National Privacy Principles. Collection of information
We collect all personal information directly from you generally comprising of name, address, date of birth, gender, occupation, contact details (including phone and email) and certain financial information. We may collect some personal details unlikely to be known to other people to help us identify you over the telephone. We only collect personal information with your consent in order to perform our functions and activities. If you do not provide this information, we may not be able to assist you achieve a satisfactory outcome in relation to your account.
Use and disclosure of information
Generally, information is used solely for the purpose for which it was collected (the “primary purpose”) or for a closely related secondary purpose, where the client’s needs have changed or become extended. We may be required to disclose information by law or for various legal purposes.
Data integrity and data security
We try to ensure our information is accurate and as up-to-date as possible. Information from third parties is checked where possible, and we review applicable personal details regularly with ongoing clients.
All personal information is held under secure conditions with access restricted to those individuals who need it to carry out their work in Gowrie NSW.
Access to information and correction of information
Where possible, Gowrie NSW give individuals access to their data on request, so that they may review and correct details. We do however reserve the right to take reasonable steps to ensure that the person seeking access is in fact the individual to whom the data relates; or is otherwise entitled to access the data. If access is refused or restricted, we will give an explanation for this decision.
Resolving your Privacy Concerns
- We suggest that you first contact the staff member you have been dealing with and they will do their best to resolve your issue.
- If investigation is required, we will keep you advised of the progress.
- If staff are unable to resolve the matter, it will be referred to our Information Unit, whom you can contact on 02-8571 9700 between 9.00am and 5pm Monday to Friday;

Information on race, ethnicity, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, health information or sexual inclination is classed as sensitive information. Gowrie NSW does not collect sensitive information except with the client’s consent or where required by law. All information is handled according to the National Privacy Principles.
Maintaining Financial Records
Gowrie NSW maintains a database of suppliers, customers and other contacts with which it engages in financial transactions. The computerised financial system operated by Gowrie NSW accesses this database in order to process financial transactions.
