Critical reflection is about having an open mind as well as being curious, interested and inquisitive. This workshop will provide educators with an opportunity to explore how critical reflection supports their practices of working with children and families. Throughout the session there will be opportunities to understand what critical reflection looks like within the National Quality Standard as well as practical strategies that will allow participants to move beyond a surface level of reflection to explore deeper levels that allow for shared meaning-making about practice.
