A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full-time OSHC General Manager to support and mentor 8 services, plus 3 vacation care sites.
The role will provide support and guidance to Gowrie NSW Outside School Hours Care Program Managers. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic professional who inspires team members to create a strong team culture of collaboration, excellence and performance.
The role requires someone with strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, including the Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations, and My Time, Our Place.
You will be responsible for managing and nurturing internal and external stakeholder partnerships including; local communities, Schools and Parishes.
The ideal candidate will have a contemporary approach to education and care and will aim to provide exceptional spaces for children in Middle Childhood.
You will have solid financial acumen and proven experience in managing budgets across multiple sites.
Our sites operate across Sydney Metro, the Central West, and the North Coast requiring travel; therefore, it is essential the successful applicant holds a valid Australian Drivers License.

- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education
- Sound understanding in meeting legislative requirements
- Knowledge of the Early and Middle Childhood sector
- Demonstrated ability to coach with results, support, direct and supervise individuals, coordinate, manage and delegate
- Exemplary communication skills
- NSW Working with Children Check
- Current Driver’s license
